Caught Roger & Me today.  First time I'd managed to catch the first third or so.  Good stuff, of course.

Quotelet of day, from PGC's Mike O.: "This recent FundQ/Square deal, which was seemingly spear headed by Mr. Yamauchi (I'm not going to pretend I'm not white and say Yamauchi san) himself."

In painting news, anyone out there know whether Jet Set Radio Future has the same ability as its predecessor to accept JPEGs as tags?  And if so, which resolutions they are?

Mike Nelson > Accidentally dropping food on the floor.

In paint-cleaning news, Mario Sunshine is now known as Super Mario Sunshine, and set for August 26 release in the US.  That oughtta start me off right in the new school year, annoyedly waiting for the clock to tick so I can get back to my plumber.

Something that came up in conversation with Chet today that I didn't mention in yesterday's entry.  I had a nasty habit while playing SFIII.  I guess playing dozens of hours of Smash Bros. in recent months, and not majorly playing another fighting game in years can do this to ya, but I kept doing joystick movements as if to do smash moves.  It's just so innate and makes so much sense now.

Super Mario World: Made a eunuch out of world 6.  Stage number: 77.

Rogue: Messing.

Final Fantasy VIII: Hour-ish.  Finally got Eden; easy as a tough pie once I used Meltdown on the bugger.  Did the UFO sidequest.  Looking at a FAQ, there are other obscure sidequests, but nothing that seems particularly fun on its own, or that gets me a significantly useful item.  51:24
