Where's Waldo? in Hell

In this 1996 book, each scene represents a different circle of hell.  Of course Waldo can be found in each circle if you look closely enough.  By this time the Waldo premise had begun to grow tired, so they were getting desperate for attention-grabbing ideas.  This book wasn't a hit, but was more successful than the next in the series: Where's Waldo? in Drag.
