Shotguns & Pickups, Agribusiness, Back Country Folks
... In preparation for something, I've grabbed most of my old N64 Surge Ideas & Thoughts from the Internet Archive. Bums me out that not all of them are there. Some are even linked to, but the archive doesn't have copies of them. Not that I think there's any chance at all, but if you happen to have any of my 4 year old web work sitting around on your hard drives, give me a holler. For the resurrected Colon, I'll definitely do something where I comment on these old things, and tell how my thoughts on said issue have changed in the intervening years. Or a few instances where actual happenings eerily mirror what I say would be neat. Of course, that could just as easily mean I'm stating the obvious as anything else, but hey. As for WHERE to put it, still undecided. My main priorities are FTP access, banner ads rather than popup, reliability, and then space. 100megsfree.com actually looks pretty good, though unfortunately it only seems half FTP. Like, upload things via FTP, and then log in at the web page and select an option to import such and such file to such and such folder. Twixt: Made it so it would make the line "bridges" at the appropriate places. I then tried to make it so that it wouldn't build a new bridge overlapping an old one, but my basic concept for that bit of code was seriously flawed, so I'll need to totally redo it. Super Mario World: Slit the throat of Star World. Level number: 52. Super Mario 64: Got 2 more stars in Lethal Lava Land, which would bring me to 80 stars. For the first time a level really got me, and I left with my goal unaccomplished: I couldn't seem to find the 8th red coin in Shifting Sand Land. I'll be back. Rogue: Messing. Original
