Another big Sales-Ager.  He runs Japan Game Charts.  As a data site it's pretty straightforward and without many different aspects, but if you want to check the top software for Console Z in Japan at present time, it's the one to bookmark.  I also like that it's bilingual without looking cluttered, so it's nearly as friendly to a Japanese audience as an English-speaking one.
