(First watched 2026-08-23) I thought it was going to be the France years followed by the England years... but they turned the corner on that pretty fast. I wonder if plans changed behind the scenes?
The shots of London reminded me of my time in Fallout London. The shots of the city full of dead, though, made me think it was Dead City Over the Pond Edition.
Julian... continuing the proud tradition of using people to further their goals and getting them killed in the process.
So after some days in the Atlantic, their new spot is coastal Spain.
302: La Ofrenda 2025 September 14
(First watched 2026-09-05) Our nice guy hero saves some people, then threatens them with a gun when they don't want to return where they were running from to get Carol some help.
No matter how far or out of the way these guys go, they'll always find people who speak English. They are lucky American tourists.
Later on the survivor of the "bandoleros" they fought early in the episode shows up in town. I was a bit unclear on whether they were supposed to be part of the royal entourage or what.

(First watched 2026-09-08) In another era this show would be structured more like this. Like The Incredible Hulk or The A-Team, Daryl on his travels gets sidetracked and spends most of the episode helping a town of people he never even knew existed before. Worked pretty well.
306: Contrabando 2025 October 12
(First watched 2026-09-12) That poor cat, used as a way of cluing us and the characters into the poisoning going on.
This season is 7 episodes unlike the others. Pretty belated, but now I'm thinking it was intended to be like... here's the 6 episode season of Spain, and that little stop in London was just a transition episode.
