Where's Waldo - TV Show

I don't mean like the cartoon created in the 90s.  My idea is that rather than just having the tricky task of finding Waldo in a two-dimensional layout, the dimension of time would be added.  Not only would you have to be looking at the right place, you'd have to be looking there at the right time.  At the end of the half hour it could be revealed that Waldo was under a tree in the bottom-left of the screen from 14:20 through 14:27.
