I think it's time we blow this scene. Get everybody and the sheep together.

Yesterday (and by the time I post this, the day before yesterday) I attempted to fuse two somewhat related families of foods by making a tortilla dip with leftover soup beans as a key ingredient, with cheese and chili powder singing backup. Not the greatest success; didn't taste bad, but just out of place, so nothing was gained. My Yahoo Briefcase. With no web space currently, this is basically where I need to stick stuff if I want it available to others without directly sending it to them. In the past I'd stuck up a few folders for specific things (Eli, The Man), but tonight I began folder Messed Up for general purposes. Go take a look at the sole inhabitant. Recently have learned of Infiltration.org, from the man behind YIP. Due to some unfortunate health issues the scale has evidently tipped toward YIP as far as current activity goes, but that doesn't make the info already there any less interesting. Learn the best places and ways to sneak around if you're ever in the Toronto area. The Cosby Show > Me. I guess Nick/TV Land have got them now, they were playing a bunch on Nick at Nite. I didn't catch much, but enough to remind me why I like the show so much. I appreciate the general lack of beginning, climax, end (though the one I caught did have more of a climax than norm). Not always the most entertaining parts to me, but they'd blatantly just get some dancer/musician to come on the show, because they wanted to. Its like the TV version of executive privilege or something. I'd want to. But mostly, Cliff/Bill just knows how to talk. Tetris Attack clone: Coming along quite nicely. I can move the brackets, switch a pair of pieces, and have the program detect/remove groups, then drop the pieces down. Those last few things don't happen quite so orderly as in the professional versions, but hey. The only key key thing left completely out so far is the upwards scrolling and generation of new lines from the bottom. From there it should be mostly cleaning up, fixing up, improving. Gremlins. Mom. Kitchen scene. I bet she could even hold her own against Chan for a while. New Morpheus = Gnutella. So, fewer connections and a constant bandwidth drain from exchanging basic infos with the others I'm connected to on the "network". Yay. Super Mario 64: This particular run through, I've been getting 4 stars on a stage before moving on, with neither of the coin ones being among the four. Why? No good reason, just am. Today: blue hat course, ghost place, and Lethal Lava Land. (alliteration aids the memory) No reset troubles today. Rogue: Messings, unsuccessfully trying for upgrade on Endor. From what I understand about this upgrade, it would make the Slave 1 slightly less ass. Current Mood: relaxed Current Music: Barenaked Ladies - It's All Been Done Original
