TV stands... they basically seem to be huge monstrosities or nearly sitting the set on the ground.  I want something maybe 3' foot from the ground, and without encasing the set so it's difficult to actually connect or disconnect as I know I'll do frequently enough.  Close-ish but not right things... TV I'm considering is 35" wide, 22" deep.

Since people other than me randomly end up here: Ended up going with an Onkyo S580 (or something like that) instead.  Similar features, but it seems Onkyo's reputation is quite nice among the cheapo receiver+speakers sets, so since I found one for a few dozen bucks less that didn't seem to be missing any of the features I was concerned about, I went with it.
