Capcom's Zack & Wiki: Quest for Barbaros' Treasure didn't do as well as hoped.  They figured perhaps with a more recognizable license attached it could do better.  Maybe even two recognizable licenses.  Thus was born Zek & Wookie, a retooled game bringing together Grand Nagus Zek of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine with Star Wars's Chewbacca the wookiee.
