Several episodes in, I am a little unclear on EXACTLY how the world they're in is put together, but in practice it reminds me of a Time Odyssey book I read where different parts of Earth were how they were at different points in Earth's history. In this case they do seem to be using a TARDIS-like time/space machine to drop people off in the different zones, but it feels more like they're in an entirely not-Earth environment and the borders between zones just display fake horizons from either side. | Several episodes in, I am a little unclear on EXACTLY how the world they're in is put together, but in practice it reminds me of a Time Odyssey book I read where different parts of Earth were how they were at different points in Earth's history. Episode six and for the first time, the Time Lords have been mentioned by name by some of the baddies. I knew they came in by the end of this serial, but I didn't know one (is it only one?) is involved in... whatever these people are hoping to accomplish with their fake wars. | |||
