'''10-16''': Following his Daily Show appearance, he's ready to announce... he's running in both the Democratic and Republican primaries in South Carolina! I bet when Dennis was on last night, he didn't realize he was sitting next to an opponent. Fun to see Stephen cutting the Stewart off the Colbert/Stewart bumper sticker. | |||

'''10-17''': Second birthday of the Report, though Stephen only referenced it as the anniversary of Threatdown. Also the end-of-into bit included truth, which they mostly started to run dry on a few weeks after the premiere. | |||
Mitt Giuliani and Hillary Clobama? | |||
--- | |||
'''10-18''': Due to election laws, he can't put certain stuff up at colbertnation.com, so instead there's now [http://colbert08.org]. | |||
New portrait! | |||
--- | |||
'''10-29''': WARRIOR-POET | |||
Guest Rick Berman... but not [[Rick Berman|the Star Trek one]]. | |||
--- | |||
'''10-30''': "For the record, I would never knowingly violate any federal election laws. Luckily, I don’t know any federal election laws." | |||
--- | |||
'''10-31''': Even when it wasn't a focus, he was still eating Doritos before the interview. :) | |||
--- | |||
'''11-01''': Damn, he didn't make it onto the ballot, even after his campaigning and ass-kissing. So ends his dream of being President of South Carolina. And now, the strike. | |||
