(First watched 2024-12-26) Some neat and very Moffat-y parts, but also some parts that... just didn't make much sense. So OK, mega weapons corporation Villengard needs to take advantage of time travel to let their custom sun cook for tens of millions of years. And the most accessible way to do that is the time hotel. OK. But why all the subterfuge with psychically taking over a bunch of middlemen who get killed off? Just send your agent to drop it off in one hotel room in dinosaur times, and another to pick it up nearer modern times. No external parties needed, nobody need be the wiser.
That said, assuming the problem exists as it does... some of the solutions like needing to pull an item in one time frame with a rope using the power of a train from another time frame... yeah, that's Moffat stuff.
Saw it coming from a mile away, but could've done without making a Doctor Who canon adventure part of the Jesus birth mythos.
